我們美沃奇(Milwaukee Tool)一向竭力為客戶提供優質、專業及創新的電動工具、手動工具及配件等。銷售假冒偽劣貨品等侵犯智慧財產權行為會妨礙產品和技術創新發展，並損害顧客、員工和公司權益，以及美沃奇品牌的聲譽。故此，我們一直有進行智慧財產權保護及維權行動，致力打擊所有侵犯智慧財產權行為。

在台灣，侵犯智慧財產權行為可構成刑事罪行。經我們的調查和舉報後，一名男子於2019年因透過網路方式陳列假冒美沃奇商品被定罪[1]。然而，我們發現該名男子仍繼續侵害我們的商標權。再經我們的調查和舉報後，該名男子於今年7月因透過網路方式非法販賣假冒美沃奇商品，再被定罪，被處有期徒刑4個月，得易科罰金[2]。美沃奇絕不姑息任何有損顧客、員工和公司權益，以及美沃奇品牌聲譽的行為，切勿以身試法。

Joining Forces with You to Combat Intellectual Property Rights Infringement

We, Milwaukee Tool, have always been committed to providing customers with high-quality, professional, and innovative power tools, hand tools, accessories, and more. Infringement of intellectual property rights, such as sales of counterfeit products that are usually of inferior quality, hinders product and technological innovation, and damages the interests of our customers, employees and company, as well as the reputation of the MILWAUKEE brand. Therefore, we have always been taking actions to protect and enforce our intellectual property rights, and are dedicated to combating all forms of intellectual property rights infringement.

In Taiwan, intellectual property rights infringement can constitute a criminal offense. After our investigation and reporting to the authorities, a man was convicted in 2019 for displaying counterfeit MILWAUKEE products through online means.[1] However, we discovered that this individual continued to infringe on our trademark rights. After our further investigation and reporting to the authorities, this individual was convicted again in July 2023 for illegally selling counterfeit MILWAUKEE products through online means, and was sentenced to 4 months of imprisonment, which might be commuted to a fine.[2]

We adopt a zero-tolerance policy on intellectual property rights infringement and other unlawful behaviors that harm the interests of our customers, employees and/or company, and/or the reputation of the MILWAUKEE brand. Please do not defy the law.

Combating intellectual property rights infringement requires cooperation from everyone. If you discover any behavior that infringes on our intellectual property rights, please do not hesitate to notify us.

We hereby remind all valued customers to purchase genuine MILWAUKEE products through our official authorized channels. Products purchased through unofficial, unauthorized channels will not be eligible for any warranty services.
